As certain changes will result in a change to policy terms, premium and incur fees, the team may need to contact you for further information, to clearly explain the changes to your policy and/or settle any outstanding balance that may apply. Where possible, if the change doesn’t affect the risk, terms, premium or incur fees we will process the requested amendment and simply send you a set of revised documents by email.
