If you’ve had a renewal invitation that you wish to stop or change, we have a dedicated page where you can make changes or requests.

If you wish to cancel your existing policy, and its not due for renewal, use Live Chat during normal business hours.

For outside business hours, complete the form on this page. We may have to call you to complete the cancellation of your policy.

If you have a change of circumstances or are moving home you may be able Amend Your Policy instead of cancelling. This could save you money on cancellation fees and keep your cover continuous.
