How do I renew my policy?

It’s very easy to renew your policy and there are several contact options depending on how you pay. Please see our dedicated Renewals page for full information.

How do I make a change to my policy?

In most cases, we can make changes to your policy quickly and easily.  Just talk to our team via Online Chat.

Please note there is a £30 fee for making a change.

How do I cancel my policy?

We’d like to find a way to keep you as a valued customer but we appreciate circumstances change.  We have full details and contact options on our Cancellations page.

Please note there is a £60 cancellation fee.

How do I purchase a policy?

If you have a confirmed price quoted on our website and you’re happy with the terms, it’s very easy to purchase the policy online.  You can view and buy previously saved quotes using My Account. If you need any assistance, Online Chat is available through the quote page or click to Online Chat.

If you haven’t got a confirmed price after completing the quote, it generally means we require further information for the insurer. You can Online Chat to discuss with our team.

How do I make a claim?

As we act as an intermediary, your insurer is responsible for managing your claims. Your insurer is named on your Home Insurance Policy Schedule and you’ll need to contact them directly.  You can also identify your insurer using our Who is my insurer? page by simply entering your policy number.
