Can I add cover to my quote or policy online?

Yes, for certain elements, you can add or modify cover online.

For Quotes

If you have a quote, log into My Account and select “Amend Quote”. You can then navigate through the quote to add or change elements and recalculate the price accordingly.

For Policies:

To modify the cover for your main buildings and/or contents policy, contact our Customer Contact team. The most efficient way is to use the online chat when logged into My Account.

If you want to add additional cover like Family Legal Protection and/or Home Emergency cover, you can do so in My Account by selecting “View upgrade options”.

Payments for these additions are one-time card payments. If added mid-term, you’ll be charged the pro-rata amount for the remaining policy period. New policy documentation will be available in My Account within 1 working day.
