Do I need to inform you if I don’t want to renew my policy?

If you pay annually and decide not to renew, there’s no need to notify us.
The policy will naturally lapse on its expiry date.

However, if you pay monthly by direct debit and have auto-renewal set up, please inform us if you wish to stop the automatic renewal process.
