How do I update my card details for my renewal?

If your policy is set to renew automatically, your renewal payment will be taken using the card details saved on your account.

You can update your card details (or change your payment method) online in MyAccount.

How to change your renewal payment card in MyAccount

  1. Log in to MyAccount
  2. Open your renewal offer
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Change My Renewal
  4. Follow the steps to update your payment method or card details

Once updated, your new payment method will be used for your renewal.

Important: your new card will be validated straight away

When you change your payment method or update your card details, the payment may be collected immediately to validate the card.

I can’t see the “Change My Renewal” button, what should I do?

If you can’t see the Change My Renewal option, it may be because:

  • your policy isn’t currently within the renewal window, or
  • your renewal isn’t available to edit online yet
