I’ve not received my password reset email. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a password reset email, it’s possible that you haven’t created a logon in My Account yet. The password reset email is sent only to those who have an existing account.
To resolve this, visit the Create Account page and proceed to create a new account. Ensure that you use the same email address you used when setting up your quote or policy.
