How do I update my card details for my renewal?
If your policy is set to renew automatically, your renewal payment will be taken using the card details saved on your account. You can update your card details (or change your payment method) online in MyAccount. How to change your renewal payment card in MyAccount Log in to MyAccount Open your renewal offer Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Change My Renewal Follow the steps to update your payment method or card details Once updated, your new payment method will be used for your renewal. Important: your new card will be validated straight away When you change your payment method or update your card details, the payment may be collected immediately to validate the card. I can’t see the “Change My Renewal” button, what should I do? If you can’t see the Change My Renewal option, it may be because: your policy isn’t currently within the renewal window, or your renewal isn’t available to edit online yet If you still need help, you can contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist.
How do I find out about my renewal?
You will receive an email notifying you of your renewal invitation (around 1 month before it is due). This will direct you to My Account where you can review the renewal invitation including the premium for the year ahead, the insurer and the method of payment. You can also renew online (if applicable) and opt in to auto renewal.
Policy documents
All policy documents are stored in My Account New Policy – available within a few minutes following purchase of a new policy Renewal invitation documents – available around 25 days before your renewal date Renewal confirmation – available within 1 working day of paying for your renewal Quote documents are also stored in My Account and you can access these selecting Retrieve Quote and registering for My Account  
Login / Register my account
Visit My Account First time users will need to select Create Account.  Use the same email address that you used when you set up your quote or policy, and then create a password.  You will then receive an email requesting you to verify your email address.  Once verification is complete you can then access My Account using your email and the password you created. Existing users select the Log in option
