Renewal topics

Your renewal offer email will explicitly state whether your policy is set to auto-renew. Additionally, you can check your renewal status in My Account to see if your policy is configured for automatic renewal. If your policy isn’t scheduled for automatic renewal, you can proceed online to review the terms, cover details, and make a payment using your card. If you decide not to renew, please inform us directly. If you pay monthly cancelling your direct debit with the bank won’t cancel the policy; you need to notify us, as we manage the policy administration.

You will receive an email notifying you of your renewal invitation (around 1 month before it is due). This will direct you to My Account where you can review the renewal invitation including the premium for the year ahead, the insurer and the method of payment. You can also renew online (if applicable) and opt in to auto renewal.

Policies will automatically renew depending on your renewal preferences. If you wish to cancel your auto renewal, please visit Manage my Renewal page. You can also let us know by talking to us on Live Chat during working hours. Be sure to include your Policy Number.
