What if I need to make a change?
We’re here to help you adjust your policy to fit your needs. While we always offer our best price based on your coverage details, any changes to your policy may affect your premium. You can modify: Your coverage options Personal details Policy terms For assistance with any changes, connect with our renewals team via live chat during business hours. Our specialists will explain how modifications may affect your premium and help you make any necessary adjustments.
I pay monthly by direct debit. Will my policy automatically renew?
Yes. We will email you your renewal offer which will clearly state whether your policy will automatically renew. You can also view your renewal status in My Account which will show whether your policy will automatically renew or not. If the policy isn’t set to automatically renew, you can continue online to view further detail of the terms and cover and pay using your card or opt to continue on direct debit. If you don’t want to renew, don’t just cancel your direct debit with the bank as this will not cancel the policy, it only cancels your payment via your credit agreement with Premium Credit Ltd. You need to let us know as we administer the policy.
I pay annually by card. Will my policy automatically renew?
Policies that are paid annually by card may renew automatically, to see if your policy is set to automatically renew please view your renewal in My Account or ‘What happens next‘ section of your renewal email. You can change your renewal preferences within my account.
Can I opt out of auto renewal?
Yes, you can opt out of auto-renewal at any time. If you have been provided a renewal please visit Manage My Renewal page to manage your renewal preferences. If you have not been invited for renewal but need to update us, please click the below links: Update your renewal preferences Adjust your payment settings if needed Send you renewal information without automatic continuation We’ll always notify you of any price changes and terms before your policy expires, giving you time to make an informed decision about renewal.
Can I renew online without calling you?
Yes! You can view and accept your renewal offer by logging into My Account. Note: If you need to modify your policy, please contact us first so we can provide you with an updated renewal offer that includes your changes.
How do I make changes to my policy at renewal?
To modify your policy at renewal time: Contact us via Live Chat (fastest option) or email. Explain the changes you’d like to make. We’ll provide you with an updated renewal offer reflecting these changes Remember: Any changes to your circumstances may affect your premium or policy terms, so it’s important to keep your information up to date for accurate coverage.
I don’t want to renew
If you’ve decided not to renew your policy, you can inform us: Through live chat during business hours (fastest option) Via our renewal form By email Before you make your final decision, we’d be happy to explore alternative coverage options that might better suit your needs and budget, as we work with multiple insurers.
I haven’t received my renewal offer
Your renewal offer will be available in My Account 25 days before your renewal date. You can log in anytime to view your offer once it’s uploaded.
When will my renewal offer be sent?
Your renewal offer will be ready approximately 25 days before your renewal date. We’ll email you when it’s available to view in your online account. Tip: Remember to check your spam folder, as our notifications may occasionally be filtered there.
Do you automatically renew policies?
Whether your policy auto-renews depends on your renewal preferences and renewal offer. CheckMy Account or ‘What happens next‘ section of your renewal email to see if: Your policy will auto-renew You need to contact us to renew We’ll always notify you of your new renewal offer before any auto-renewal takes place, ensuring you have time to review your coverage.
Can change my payment method at renewal?
Certainly! When you receive your renewal offer, you have the flexibility to switch your payment method from monthly direct debit to an annual payment by card, and vice versa. Easily make this adjustment by logging into My Account.
Do I need to inform you if I don’t want to renew my policy?
Whether your policy auto-renews depends on your renewal preferences and renewal offer. Check My Account or What happens next section of your renewal email to see if you need to inform us not to renew.
